Efforts put in by the Kanvashram Vikas Samiti have culminated in the Central Government recognising Kanvashram, and hence including it in the Third List of Swachh Iconic Places (SIP), in parallel to Gangotri, Jammunotri, Taj Mahal, Golden Temple etc released on 12 Jun 2018.It is a matter of pride for the people of this region and Uttrakhand.
कण्व आश्रम विकास समिति के प्रयास से भारत सरकार ने कण्व आश्रम को स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के तीसरे चर्ण में देश के दश स्थानों की सूची में शामिल कर लिया है। कण्व आश्रम के अलावा उत्तराखण्ड के माणा गाँव को भी सम्मिलित किया है। ये उत्तराखण्ड के लिए बहुत गौरव की बात है।
