मेरी बहुत समय से ये इच्छा थी कि मै मालिनि नदी के श्रोत तक पहुंच कर उसका अभिवादन कर उसका नमन करू क्योकि उसके दारा दिया हुआ जल ही हमे जीवन प्रदान करता है। जंगल मे पेडो की जडो से निकला जल अन्य धाराओं के साथ मिल कर एक नदी का रूप धारण कर लेता है जिसका रौद्र रूप वर्षा के मौसम मे देखने को मिलता है। अ्पना घर, जहां मालिनी समतल क्षेेत्र मे प्रवेश करती है, से 75 कि0मी0 की दूरी सडक से तयकर मै उस स्थान पर अंत्तह 07 दिसम्बर 2017 को पहुंच ही गया जहा से पवित्र मलिनी का उदगम स्थान है। मालिनी घाटी का शान्त तथा सुन्दर वातावर्ण मन को छू लेताहै।
It has been my desire to reach the source of the pious river Malini since long and pay my homage to her for providing all of us with the life giving sweet water for drinking n irrigating our fields. Starting from a small trickle from roots of tree in the Shivalik mountain, Malini join hands with her sister tributaries to become a majestic river the ferocity of which can be seen in the monsoon. I traveled a distance of about 75 kms by road from my home where the river Malini emerges on to the plain region to reach her source. The silence n beauty of the Malini valley is breathtaking.
